Yes, the FIGP Recycled PET resin we sell is made in accordance with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's "Individual Safety Inquiry Based on the Guidelines for the Use of Recycled Plastic Materials in Food Utensils and Containers/Packaging" and has been confirmed in writing by the Food Standards Evaluation Division, Pharmaceutical and Food Safety Bureau, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. It is also included on the positive list of substances stipulated in the Food Sanitation Act and has been certified by JCII.
